Membership Categories

Associate Member: Open to all MBM graduates. Enjoy access to most benefits and stay connected with the alumni community.
Life Member: A one-time fee grants lifetime membership with enhanced benefits and recognition within the association.
Fellow Member: For distinguished alumni who have made significant contributions to their field or the association.
Patron Member: Reserved for alumni who provide substantial support to the association, often through generous donations or endowments.

Membership (Types and Procedure)

All Engineers/ students who have completed B.E., M.E., Ph.D., M.C.A., PGDCA or B. Arch /Teachers of MBM Engineering Collegecan apply for membership of the association. Following types of memberships are offered by the association as per the constitution.

Life Membership

Membership Fee: INR 5000 (Resident Indian) & USD 200 (NRI)

Membership Validity: Lifetime

Patron Membership

Membership Fee: Rs. 31000 (Resident Indian) &USD 1000 (NRI)

Membership Validity: Lifetime

Fellow Membership

Membership Fee: Rs. 11000 (Resident Indian) &USD 500 (NRI)

Membership Validity: Lifetime

Associate Membership

Membership Fee: Rs. 1000

Membership Validity: Lifetime

Procedure for registration

Open MBMAA Web Portal and Click REGISTER (At top right). Fill all requisite fields in the form and click the button Register>>.
After successful registration, PROFILE DATA ENTRY FORM will open automatically. Fill this form, upload your photo and then click the button Save Profile Data. (This form can be opened and updated any time afterwards also, after due login, through the link Members→Member Profile.
Deposit your Membership Fee to bank account (details given below). Write in comment ‘{Type} Membership Fee for {Your Name}’.
Enter details of membership fee transfer in the CONTRIBUTION ENTRY FORM, which can be opened through the link Members→Contribution Entry. Apart from all other details, select correct Contrib Head for your Membership Fee in the form and then click button Save Contribution Record.
On successful verification of contribution in association’s bank account and approval of President, Hony. Secretary, your contribution will be verified on web portal.
All members can download receipt from the web portal, through the link Accounts→Contribution.
